For the purposes of this agreement, FYZICAL, LLC and FYZICAL franchise owners/employees are collectively referred to as “FYZICAL”, “we”, “us”, and “our.” FYZICAL franchise owners and employees are referred to as “Franchisees” when referenced separately from FYZICAL, LLC.
Data Privacy By providing personal information, Talent Community users consent for FYZICAL and its representatives to maintain and share data internally and in recruiting/hiring communications. Users agree to enter information that is accurate to the best of their knowledge, and they recognize that FYZICAL may take steps to remove their account if incorrect information is discovered.
Contracts/Offers of Employment FYZICAL provides Talent Community opportunities as an add-on to traditional employment postings on the FYZICAL Jobs website. The information entered herein does not constitute a contract or offer of employment. Any employment offers resulting from use of the Talent Community, whether directly or indirectly related to use of the Community, may be contingent upon a background check, drug screening, reference check, or any additional screening materials requested at the time the offer is extended or accepted.
FYZICAL, LLC does not control the hiring and recruitment practices of Franchisees. As such, any Franchisee employment offers resulting from use of the Talent Community, whether directly or indirectly related to use of the Community, may vary in length, structure, or content as compared to FYZICAL, LLC opportunities.
